Assistance in the selection of equipment
Our managers and engineers will help you to choose a generator depending on the equipment to be connected to the generator and starting currents.
The generator selection is based on price/quality criteria. We try to select several models of generator of different configuration, giving the customer the right to choose.
Delivery
Having agreed with the Customer on the model and configuration of the generator, the UFP manager will organize the delivery from the UFP warehouse or from the manufacturer’s factory.
The generator is delivered to the Customer at the address specified by the Customer. The UFP representative hands over the generator according to the factory documents and arranges with the Customer the date of the first start-up for which our company’s engineers arrive.
Consultants on connection
If necessary, the Customer can contact the engineering service for advice on connection of the generator or generators purchased from UFP.
Our engineers and managers have been trained by European generator manufacturers and have many years of experience.
Test run and service
After connecting the generator to the power supply system, the Customer makes an application for generator start-up – test start-up.
UFP engineers in the presence of the Customer’s technical personnel check the wiring diagram and conduct a visual inspection of the generator, make the first start-up of the generator. After the start-up the generator controller readings are taken. If there are no remarks, the generator is tested under load.
Technical personnel of UFP conducts warranty and post-warranty maintenance of generators throughout the territory of Ukraine.
